What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 100~500 pcs for rigid/drawer/magnetic boxes/folding cartons/paper bags/highly customized projects, We are happy to discuss lower MOQs for startups and pilot runs.
How long does production and delivery take?
Most projects take about 15~20 workdays from initial inquiry to delivery, depending on complexity and destination. This includes consultation, design sampling, production, and international shipping, with rush options available for simpler projects.
Do you offer free packaging design services?
Yes. Structural and graphic design, 3D mockups, dielines, color setup, and file checks are included free when you produce with us.Only large-scale rebranding or extra creative work may incur separate fees, and we will always be upfront about that.
Can you make fully custom sizes and shapes?
Absolutely. All projects are fully custom~any size, structure, and layout within engineering feasibility. We review your idea, engineer the structure, create CAD/dielines, and confirm everything with samples before mass production.
What types of packaging do you produce?

What materials and eco-friendly options are available?
You can choose from bright white, kraft, recycled boards, rigid chipboard, and specialty papers, with FSC-certified and recycled options. We also support eco-focused choices like optimized layouts and soy-based inks to reduce waste and footprint.
Can I get physical samples before mass production?
Yes. if you paid the deposit, we provide custom pre-production samples with your actual size, print, and finishes. If you only want to make a sample, need to pay the sample fee. By placing bulk order, samples fee can be refunded.
What finishing options do you offer?
We offer hot foil stamping, embossing/debossing, spot UV, matte/gloss/satin/soft-touch lamination, holographic effects, glitter, and more. Our team will suggest a finish combination that matches your brand and budget.
